“ My husband and I ate there a couple a nights ago our meals were great service was great and we’ve had about every server there all polite o also understand IT’S not the servers fault when food is not cooked right and other peoples food doesn’t take as long but please these servers make very little wage wise and only rely on on tips so it doesn’t cost anything to be kind have a great day ”
“ Old Town Grill has been around for long time but never have I eaten there till my wife took me .. always like setting over on the bar side were they have 3 big TV were you could probably watch what ever you like .. good music good service and very good food ,, my favorite Buffalo chicken wrap, fried cheese , beer cheese and soft pretzels .. it's all good.. No were else in Tazewell Tennessee ”
“ Absolutely Amazing and my server was AWESOME. I was on the road and stopped in. Took them a while to get my change, but it was ok because my server was very sweet, beautiful and very friendly. The food was also some of the best I've ever had. ”
“ The food was good. Ordered wings and fried mushrooms, both were on point. The service wasn't top-notch, but I will say, the young lady that was our server was also the bartender, and she was pretty preoccupied with handling those customers. It was a Monday night, and it appeared to be what I'd call a normal crowd in there. I'll be back, I just hope they allow the young lady that was our server to have one job or the other. No one needs to be doing both. ”

“ We were there July 3rd in the evening. We had an excellent waitress. We usually have to wait anywhere from 15- 25 minutes for anything we ask for , but not this night. Anything we asked for she went and got almost right off. We even had two service dogs with us and she even gave them a bowl of water. Our waitresses name was Tara and I believe she was one of the best waitresses I ever had while going there. She even had our order spot on the way we wanted them. ”
“ UPDATE Return visit on FEBRUARY 3rd. Upon entering the Hostess greeted me kindly. Sat in the sportsbar area with several tvs. I ordered a house margarita on the rocks, salt rim. Waitress was quick to bring drink. I placed an order of grilled chicken sandwich with homemade potatoe chips. I also ordered a side salad to eat before my sandwich & chips. EVERYTHING was delicious, in my opinion. Alot better last time I dined here. However, I Did NOT complain then. I definitely could see how short-handed they were with employees. The side salad was so fresh with Homemade Ranch dressing. My grilled chicken sandwich an homemade potatoe chips excellent! The waitress an Hostess were wonderful So 5 stars. The restrooms were super clean! Everyone was pleasant! I will return! Encluding photos. Have a beautiful day! ”
“ Recommended by the ladies at the furniture store there in town; she said it was “hit or miss” but my family definitely would consider it a hit! Something for everyone, Frankie was our server, he was fantastic! What a great asset he is to that restaurant! We had the fried cheese, best appetizer ever, salad was on point, chili cheese baked potato was delicious and my husband had the potato soup, fried catfish and fries. He said it was all delicious as well. Definitely worth the drive ; food was perfect and the service couldn’t have been any better ”
